We do everything we can to fulfill your order to your satisfaction.

Should you still wish to cancel your purchase, you can do so within 14 days of purchase.

This is the so-called cooling-off period. This period starts on the day the package was received by or on your behalf. You must return the products within 14 days of notification, at the latest.

Return costs are at the customer's expense. Please contact us by email or phone for returns, so we know a package is coming back.

The consumer will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the returned products, including the standard shipping costs for the initial shipment. The amount paid will be refunded

'as soon as possible' and no later than within 14 days. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for such a refund. These 14 days start from the moment the consumer indicates they wish to revoke the agreement. We may delay the refund until we have received the products or you have demonstrated that you have sent them. If the returned product arrives damaged, costs may be charged. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
